We print, press and ship every order ourselves, which means no two batches are quite identical and every customer gets something made specifically for them.

Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Message hello@capewear.store with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a return address.
Wrong item, misprint or damage on arrival? We reprint or refund it and pay the return shipping — no questions asked.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
One thing to note: because pieces like the "Born In" set and custom club tees are printed specifically for you, personalised orders can be exchanged for a sizing issue but aren't eligible for refund unless something on our end went wrong.
